1.Before operation, carefully check whether there is any abnormality. During normal operation, do not open the upper cover and touch the wiring terminal on the board to avoid electric shock; Operation under pressure is strictly prohibited; During the pressure test with nitrogen, carefully observe the change of the pressure gauge to reach the pressure test pressure, and immediately close the nitrogen valve switch; The heating speed should not be too fast, and the pressurization should also be carried out slowly, especially the mixing speed. Only slow speed-up is allowed.
2.Ensure that the sealing surface between the kettle body and the kettle cover is flat and free of foreign matters; Open the kettle cover and check whether the inner wall of the kettle body is clean and the appearance is free of hard damage;
3.According to the process requirements, the reaction materials are successively injected into the kettle body. If equipped with lining, the material shall be loaded into the lining and then slowly put into the abdomen;
Note: the injection of materials must be carried out in accordance with relevant operating specifications, such as operating environment and wearing relevant protective devices;
4.Seal the kettle body as required, and check whether the valve is in the necessary switching state. The valve closes clockwise and opens counterclockwise;
5.Check whether the pressure gauge and explosion-proof components are installed properly, and observe whether the pointer of the pressure gauge returns to zero normally; Put the kettle body into the heating unit;
6.The temperature sensor is connected with the corresponding positive and negative poles of the extension line, the temperature sensor is inserted into the reserved temperature measuring port on the kettle cover, and the other end is connected to the temperature controller Jack behind the base;
7.For the equipment of mechanical mixing series, the cooling water circulation port of mixing is connected with the refrigerant that can be cooled and circulated.
8.Regularly check whether all pipe fittings and fasteners are loose and fastened, and whether all instruments are out of order. Maintain the micro reactor immediately if abnormal high temperature is found;
9.When the kettle body is heated to a higher temperature, do not contact the kettle body to avoid scalding; After the experiment, we should cool down first. Do not cool quickly to prevent damage caused by excessive temperature difference and pressure. At the same time, unplug the power supply in time.
10.Clean the micro reactor every time after the test. When cleaning, do not touch or scratch the sealing surface. When there is dirt on the sealing surface, use corresponding cleaning agent and wipe it with a soft cloth;
11.Whether the working pressure, operating temperature, structural materials are compatible with the media you use, and whether the required capacity is the same. If you choose not to match, it will not only cause potential safety hazards of the system, but even more serious consequences;
12.When loading the reaction medium, it shall not exceed 2 / 3 of the liquid level of the high-temperature reactor body;
13.Safety valves and other safety devices can only be used after regular inspection and meeting the specified requirements;
14.When the final reaction temperature is determined, it is not allowed to change the temperature setting value in the heating process to avoid large overshoot;
15.When the high-temperature reactor is out of service for a long time, the inside and outside of the reactor shall be cleaned, free of water and other materials, and stored in a clean, dry and corrosion-free place
